Opdyke Named Supervisor of the Year by SUPRA

Our lab head, Dr Aaron Opdyke, was named 2022 Supervisor of the Year by the Sydney University Postgraduate Representative Association (SUPRA), the representative body for postgraduate students at the University of Sydney.

Dr Opdyke supervises the lab’s PhD and MPhil researchers, whose work spans disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation across the Asia-Pacific – from multi-hazard housing reconstruction and flood risk in the Philippines to climate migration in the Pacific.
